My name is Ethel AnimA - dancer, teacher, and creator of the AnimA Fusion Dance.
I have over 15 years of continuous dance practice, 5000+ hours of teaching, and more than 1200 students around the world.

As a guest teacher, I’ve taught at festivals and events in: Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Hungary, France, Spain, Sweden, Estonia, Honk Kong, Marocco as well as online.

Is SHADOW OF SOUL course suitable for me?
Shadow of Soul is designed for intermediate and advanced Tribal Fusion dancers who want to move beyond technique and develop deeper expression, musicality, and stage presence. If you already know the basics of Tribal Fusion, you're ready to join us.
What language is the course taught in?
All group classes and the student chat are in English. Don’t worry if your English isn’t perfect - everything is explained clearly, and you can always ask questions.
What if my English is not perfect?
That’s totally fine! I use simple language, visual explanation, and demonstrate every move. Plus, you can always write your questions in the chat - I’ll answer them.

SCHEDULE & ACCESS
When does the course start and what’s the schedule?
Tuesdays, 6:45–8:45 PM (GMT+2), from June 23 to July 28. 6 weeks classes. Private consultations are scheduled individually. Additional workshops and thematic classes will also be announced during the course.
What if I live in a different time zone?
No problem! Dancers join from all over the world - USA, Latin America, Europe, Asia. If you can’t attend live, you’ll have full access to high-quality recordings and can ask questions anytime in the chat.
Can I learn only from recordings?
Yes! If live participation is not possible for you, you can complete the course using recordings and still receive support in the chat. All sessions are recorded and uploaded to your student portal. You can practice anytime and revisit the lessons as much as you need.
How long will the lessons be available?

Shadow of Soul is designed for intermediate and advanced Tribal Fusion dancers. If you already know the fundamentals of Tribal Fusion and feel comfortable with basic movements, you're ready to join.
Do I need to know AnimA Shadows Vocabulary Level 1?
No. While previous experience with AnimA Shadows can be helpful, all combinations are explained in detail and supported with additional materials.
I'm not confident in improvisation. Can I still join?
Absolutely. Shadow of Soul is designed to help you develop confidence in improvisation, expression, and artistic freedom step by step.
Do I have to perform at Luna Tribal Festival?
No. Performance is completely optional. You can take the course for your own growth and artistic development. The stage opportunity will be there if and when you feel ready.
Will I receive feedback and support?
Yes. All participants can ask their questions during live sessions and also they have access to the student chat where they can ask questions and receive support. Premium options also include personal feedback and individual guidance.
Can I use AnimA Shadows combinations in my own choreography?
Yes. The AnimA Shadows Vocabulary is designed to support improvisation, choreography, and artistic exploration. Many dancers use it to create their own pieces and develop their unique dance voice.
